Our Policies and Ordering Information

We'll explain our current business and ordering policies on this page.

Shipping and Handling

We attempt to ship your order as soon as we complete it.

We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard UPS Ground
UPS Second Day
UPS Overnite

Queues- We are a small company and if we are swamped with business we cannot finish all projects. If we do not feel that we will be able to finish your project on a timely basis, we will e-mail you and let you know when we feel we can start the project. If this is unacceptable, we will cancel the order and give you 5% on your next order.

Returns

Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.

Payment- Payment is made through our PayPal account. All of their policies apply. We will send you a e-mail with the amount of payment required after we recieve your request and have had time to calculate costs of shipping.

Samples- If you would like samples of our work or print quality, e-mail me.

Ordering- Ordering is done through E-mail. Tell us what you want and we will get back to you if we have questions, or if we understand your request, we will inform you that we have recieved the e-mail. Projects up to two megabytes can be e-mailed to me. After that, I request that you burn us a CD or send a flash card. If this is not possible, talk to us and we will do our best to accomodate you.

Note: We will not print any images that are pornographic in nature. Any images recieved that are pornographic will not be printed and if they appear to violate any laws, will be reported.
